Professional Experience

As a staff designer:

  • Designed booklets, brochures, invitations, posters and cards that would act as primary or secondary marketing materials for the university toward the individual purpose of each program.
  • Worked in conjunction with the external web master and designed graphics for campus departments and for official university web pages.
  • Provided art direction to the editors of the alumni magazine and the campus newsletter.
  • Updated and maintained visual standards catalog.
  • Approved all uses of official university logos and symbols.
  • Oversaw the Taylor University license plate program.
  • Generated consistent advertising to promote relations between Taylor University and its surrounding communities.
  • Selected advertising agents, established relationships with area media representatives, and built and maintained advertising distribution within budget parameters.
  • Worked with campus photographer on photo shoots and assisted with photography coverage on campus as needed.
