This is a shot where I needed to learn to interact with my subjects. To shoot any person is easy, but to talk to them get to know them, and then try to capture their persona is a challenge. I went to a Chinese restaurant and talked to the host and cooks. I caught them having a late lunch, and as I talked I found all of them fast paced while they moved about and talked fast in both English and Mandarin. So here it is.
